Purple Chicken

Oh yeah… trying grilling chicken marinated in a pinot noir(1/2 cup) for about an hour. Add olive oil, garlic, oregano, course pepper and sea salt. Just let it sit.
Cooked for about ten minutes each side will be juicy as hell.
Goes well with vegetables(broiled or grilled) and rice.
The chicken looks purple when you put it on the grill. Retains some purple when it gets off.
Purple chicken is good.
