What they hell are they talking about.

Roadrunner records, has dropped Amanda Palmer, Dresden Dolls fame, for being to fat for the label. You can see the video here and I have to say that Roadrunner is nuckin' futs. Really. Just nuckin' futs.

They call the shots of her stomach as fat. My god this woman is nowhere near fat. In all reality she's incredibly attractive.

Thanksgiving Parade has been Rickrolled

The Thanksgiving Parade was Rickrolled. Cartoon Network showed that it has a sense of humor. Rick Astley was on the parade singing "Never Give You Up." That's just beyond awesome.

And another thing to be happy about, Ann Coulter has had her mouth wired shut. Unfortunately, her hands weren't casted over as well.

Heal

I bleed more than I used to. I nicked my lip a few minutes ago and instead of it clotting up like it used to, it bleeds a little more. Five second heal has turned into a 3 minute heal. There isn't much to make out of this, my body doesn't do what it used to do six months ago. Interesting.

Punkin' Lucian

Lucian started to throw up after they dropped me off at the airport this morning. He's been swallowing a lot of mucus the last few days, that's the guess anyways, and he threw it all up this morning. It's been a gag and hurl sort of thing.

But the silver lining is that he's okay now and has been asking to go to school. I want to encourage this line of thinking. He needs as much schooling as he can get and having a health love of learning is a good step in the right direction.

So far, I don't need to push to hard. He's already breaking out this "computer," that helps him recognize letters and numbers through games. He's getting better at it. In the last few weeks, he's only gotten it wrong once and was him trying to get me playing along.

He's also learning to use the trackpad on my laptops.

Change

In my lifetime, I never thought I'd see a change in the world's financial markets. I'd never thought I'd see Black President before I was sixty. But both happened in my early thirties. It makes me wonder if we're going to see extensive space travel now. Orbiters are one thing, long range interplanetary travel is another thing.

This is an expanded 360 view of the new room. It's a mess of images, but I think it works well for what we're called upon to do.

Shin Chan is one of those rare cartoons that makes me laugh no matter how many times I've seen it.

One of the best thing from yesterday

I don't mean the Astroboy shirt, hat and bottle from my friend. No, that was a different level of awesome that has it's own post. I really liked how much my son loved the stuff too. And his friends were all very interested about the new movie that's coming out next year too. This movie looks like it might do Tezuka proud. Which is a great thing.

This was something different. I was at Lucian's school again, helping with lunchers that took a nap. I was helping getting the mats out and placing a sheet over them so the kids would have something to sleep on when, of course, the phone rang. It was my coworker Maritza. She had no clue where I was and if I had my phone on me. I told her where I was. She wasn't able to get to a computer either to fix something.

I wasn't sure if she knew that I was telling the truth about being with there great kids. So I held up the phone and told all the kids to say hi to Mrs. Maritza. They all yell hi. I think I heard Maritza turn a little red on the phone.

That was a good moment yesterday. A different level of awesome from the Astroboy thing, but it was still awesome.

Astro Boy, which is going to be released on my birthday 2009, is going to be the one movie that I'm going to watch on the day it's released.

A good friend of mine, sent me this today. I've been complaining to her that I haven't had a good laugh in a while. She said that she was going to make it her mission to make laugh hard.

Election 2 the Boogaloo

I wish I could have been teary eyed. I'm alone in Tucson while my family is in Phoenix. I couldn't get giggly while watching the idiot box yelling at the screen like my grandfather on Thanksgiving Day, maybe passing something along to her so she wouldn't looked bored enough fake an orgasm. Or pointing at the television with my son telling him that this is a day that you'll probably remember because it's going to be a day the world remembers. It's a day that we got something with an IQ higher than 80 to be the president.

Instead, I'm here with my cat. Who couldn't care less who won the  election as long as I'm able to scratcher her ears. She'll claw my crotch again, emasculating me with her diamond cutting claws. It's just her and I.

Election 2008

Obama is expected to take Florida. 80% reporting and 51% of the vote. As of this writing, it's called to close to call, but it looks like Obama is taking it. California is also expected to go to Obama.

It looks like we'll get our first black president. I for one am fucking excited by this prospect of change.

Voting

My super said, he like the vote to be over. Call the whole thing and get it over with. As long as it is his guy. I asked who, he starts to make a hand sign of of the name. I just plugged my ears out and he pointed his finger to his nose.

Two Ds and a F

I've been gone for a while. Last week I spent doing two things, working and playing. I worked from home one and a half days and then spent the rest of the week with my son at his school. I was surrounded by 30~50 3 - 5 year olds for at least eight hours.

I was tired by the first night. I was exhausted by Halloween. I was miserable by 8 as the pressure changed gave my a sinus headache that would have produced Athena. But that was only small portion of the memorable week.

I spent three days volunteering at my son's school. I was going to do one day, but by the end of the first day, it felt very fulfilling that I was able to spend time with all the kids who know my kid. Plus I felt like I was with people who had my mindset, but not the vocabulary. I was running for about three hours with these kids. Before it was lunch. Then nap. Then back to running for the rest of the day.

I helped put down the children. I even got two of the never nappers down two days in a row. The instructor was impressed that I was able to do that two days in a row. The second day I did sleep next to Lucian. The third day I was eating lunch with them, but I couldn't sleep. I wanted to, but I couldn't.

I was Frankenstein's Monster to them the first two days. We played freeze tag; me v. everyone. Duck, duck, goose, they chased me, I chased them. I had a little girl nail sharp enough to cut a diamond scratch my neck and take off  piece of my nose. Kids screaming in my ear with joy. I scraped up my knee and left hand while riding a tricycle. I had parents take three or four takes while I was running with the kids. Me 5'10", them 3' something" and I can keep up.

It was awesome.

I think I found one of my favorite vacation spots now. Spending time with children. Making them laugh and getting in exercise.

My wife talked to a few of the parents while they were dropping off their kids and apparently I was a topic of discussion, "Lucian's daddy! Lucian's daddy!" I was also called, "Mr. Melissa's husband." That made me laugh.

I forgot to get pictures of what went on this week. I'll get those up as soon as I hook up Melissa's camera to the computer and upload everything.

Switching subjects.

Just a reminder for everyone, this friday, JCVD comes out to theaters. Watch it!
