I still sing the virtues about HULU. It's a wonderful site that can get some wonderful shows. My son loves watching Astro Boy. 

This bank is currently rockin' my world at the moment. I'm not one to listen to bands that are hip and young, but here I am. Really lovin' The Black Kids. Their music is a poppy Cure. Which is a weird thing to write, but it is a really poppy Cure. Which as odd as it sounds, it's a good thing. You can either go their site, MySpace or just purchase it from iTunes.

I had this roommate ten years ago who had an infatuation with women with missing limbs. The joke was that they wouldn't get away.

We had hoped that was the case. The way we figured this out was my other roommates came across a pair of Barbie dolls that were augmented be disabled. Missing limbs and such. He even puttied over the limbs. It was a weird site to see.

But the reason for this post... They're going to have a show on the BBC about models with disabilities. Some with missing limbs, confined to a wheel chair and even one that's deaf. The 8 contestants are going to be on this show that is international.

As soon as this old roommate of mine hears about this... well we won't go there.

I want to find the person who thought that living in Phoenix was a good idea and kick him his balls. Over and over again. 

Not that type of shaved, but I shaved my face. I'd been about a week or so without shaving. I never intended to spend the week here. Luc got sick and stayed in Phoenix. So I was without shaving stuff for a week. I just purchased some Fusion razors for the first time. Fuckin' Christ, who thought up this racket. $13 for four. Someone is making bank of these bastards.

Over the last two days, I've been stuck at home with Luc. Which has been interesting. I've been living off of salsa and chips. I've had two jars of salsa in two days. I need another few jars and bags of chips and some more easy food from Fresh and Easy. I love Fresh and Easy, the best place to get cheap and really fucking good food. 

My son is sick. It's nothing too bad to worry about. Pink eye just means that he can't be in class with other kids. I don't mind working from home, sure I'm stuck in Phoenix but I get to spend time with my son. That's the best part of the sickness. Getting to spend time with my son. 

Like that wasn't a mouthful already. I'm getting use to all the neat new things in MT. Like the format on upper right side of the entry box. There are so far, six different ways to post crap to the blog. Which is pretty weird when you think about it. There are something that I'd really like see work, mainly the cross-publishing things. I'd like to post to about four different blogs at once. Might make my job easier. Might also have to ask some other's about upgrading to 4.X so I can do that some more.

When people start to tell you that they want to start upping prices, I get suspicious. Especially when it's telcoms telling us that they want to up prices on people who are using a lot of bandwidth. Wired has an article about this little thing that AT&T want to start charging more for people who use more. Which might make sense on some level. But on other levels, it's sets a bad precedent. The infrastructure for the internet might be upgradable for more usage, in which case, since the US is pretty far low on the bandwidth scale internationally, should up capacity.

I was trying to figure out last night what would be the best thing for a blog set up. I sort of failed on that. Instead I had some Greek food, called a good friend and then sat around in my boxers watching movies until my wife called and we could talk. 

As you can tell, I've made a huge change to this site. I changed blog engines from Textpattern to Moveable Type. I did this... I don't know why I did this move. I thought it was time to get on the wonderful software from Sixapart.
